Re: Explanation
This is with reference to your email dated September 11, 2025, wherein
the stock exchange has sought explanation as below to the Financial
Results submitted submitted to the Exchange for the quarter ended June
30,2025 Kohinoor Foods Limited (the Company).
1. Financial results submitted is not as per format prescribed under
Schedule III of the Companies Act, 20 13 or as per lndian Accounting
Standard Standalone and Consolidated figures same.
We wish to clarify that, the subsidiaries of the company are not operational
and there is impact of statutory & other nominal expenses incurred in those
subsidiaries, hence figures mentioned in standalone & consolidated
financials appears to be identicar.
