Outcome of the Rights issue Committee Meeting Held on 22nd June, 2026

Indrayani Biotech Ltd has announced the indefinite postponement of its partly paid-up Rights Issue. The Rights Issue Committee, at its meeting on June 22, 2026, decided to defer the schedule until further notice, which was previously extended to close on July 24, 2026. While the revised opening and closing dates will be intimated later, the offer price and rights entitlement ratio approved earlier will remain unchanged.
