Dear Sir/Madam, This outcome is in continuation of the earlier outcomes dated April 09, 2026 and May 25, 2026, wherein the issue schedule and other terms and conditions relating to Rights issue were finalised This is to inform the eligible equity shareholders of the Company that the Rights Issue Committee, at its meeting held on June 22, 2026, has decided to postpone the schedule of the partly paid-up Rights Issue. The Rights Issue schedule, which was initially scheduled to open on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 and close on Thursday, June 25, 2026, and was subsequently extended from Thursday, June 25, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026, stands postponed until further notice. The revised issue opening and closing dates shall be intimated separately once finalized by the Rights Issue Committee. Further, the terms relating to the offer price and rights entitlement ratio will remain the same as approved by the Rights Issue Committee and intimated to the stock exchange earlier.
