the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated
Persons”, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed
for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July 2026 till 48 hours after
the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for approving the abovesaid financial results will be
communicated in due course.
