L/SURV/ONL/RV/SG/(2026-2027)/99 dated September 29, 2026 (referred as E-mail), regarding the captioned matter. In this connection, please find below our responses ad seriatim to the queries raised by you:  E-mail – “Whether such negotiations were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations till date.” Response: The Company has no knowledge of any negotiations.  E-mail – “Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading?” Response: The Company is not aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges.  E-mail – “In case of regulatory/legal proceedings please provide the information on initiation / outcome of the proceedings.” Response: The Company is not aware of initiation of any regulatory/legal proceedings.  E-mail – “Also, you are advised to provide the reasons for not disclosing the above-mentioned information to the Exchange as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.” Response: Not applicable for reasons set out above.  E-mail – “In case you/company are denying or are unaware of the abovementioned news item and its source, you are advised to state categorically that the abovementioned news item published in "https://www.moneycontrol.com/" dated 29th September 2026 is factually incorrect.” Response: Since the Company is not aware of any negotiations referred to in the news article, it is not possible to offer any comment.
