Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company (“The Code”) and
pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time
to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed
from July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the
quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
