Subsequently, the Company filed an appeal against the said Order. In this regard, please note that the Company has received an Order from Additional Commissioner, State Tax (Appeal), Large Taxpayers Unit on June 24, 2026 at 4:13 p.m. confirming the GST demand of ₹ 10,35,666/-, interest of ₹ 8,87,282/- and penalty of ₹ 1,03,566/-. The Company would pursue an appeal / evaluate any other legal options against the said Order including filing of writ petition. The requisite details of the said Order are enclosed herewith as an Annexure 1.
