We wish to inform you that the Company has today received an order dated June 23, 2026, from the office of the Regional Director, Western Region – I, approving the said shifting of the Registered Office. The Company is currently in the process of filing the requisite forms with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-I (“ROC”). The shifting of the Registered Office will become effective from the date the certificate is issued by the ROC. Kindly take the above information on record.
