Dolat Algotech Ltd has submitted the proceedings of its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Thomas Fernandes, and the requisite quorum was present. The company secretary informed the members about the e-voting facility provided through the NSDL platform. The statutory auditors expressed an unmodified opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The seven resolutions set forth in the notice of the AGM had already been put to vote through remote e-voting.
