Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the
Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons
and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the
Company shall be closed from July 01, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration
of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
