We were facing certain errors while uploading the XBRL file on the NSE Portal. In this regard, I had already informed the Exchange about the issue encountered during the filing process. A copy of the email sent earlier is attached herewith for your reference. Further, after repeated attempts and continuous efforts, we were finally able to successfully upload the XBRL file on the Portal. The screenshot confirming the submission is also enclosed for your kind perusal. We humbly request the Exchange to kindly excuse us for this inadvertent delay. We have always endeavoured to comply with all regulatory requirements in a timely and diligent manner, and we respectfully submit that there has never been any instance of non-compliance from our end in the past.
