Sub: Intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window
This is to inform that pursuant to provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India
(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in terms of Bank’s
Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window for trading in the securities
of the Bank by the designated persons, their immediate relatives and specified connected
persons shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the
declaration of financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due
course.
This disclosure will also be available on the website of the Bank i.e. www.utkarsh.bank.in.
