I am pleased to report that the Company has delivered another year of strong growth, reflecting the commitment of our employees, the confidence of our customers, and the unwavering support of our shareholders. During the year, our revenue from operations increased significantly to ₹772 crore, compared to ₹505 crore in the previous year, representing a growth of over 53%. This remarkable increase demonstrates our improved execution capabilities and strong project delivery. Our operational performance also witnessed substantial improvement. EBITDA increased to ₹70 crore from ₹44 crore in the previous year, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency, better cost management, and improved project execution. Further, the Company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹55 crore, compared to ₹36 crore in the previous year. This consistent improvement across all key financial parameters is a testament to the Company’s disciplined financial management and operational excellence. Our strong performance has been supported by a healthy and robust order book, providing excellent revenue visibility and positioning the Company for sustainable future growth. We continue to focus on quality execution, timely delivery, prudent risk management, and maintaining financial discipline across all our operations. One of the key milestones during the year has been the successful restart of tower manufacturing Plant-2, with an additional annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 35,000 metric tonnes. This strategic development significantly strengthens our manufacturing capabilities, enhances backward integration, and enables us to execute larger and more complex EPC projects efficiently while improving cost competitiveness. Our greatest strength continues to be our people. We have built a highly experienced and qualified leadership team across all functions, including engineering, project execution, finance, commercial, procurement, manufacturing, contracts, legal, and quality. Their dedication, expertise, and collaborative approach have played a pivotal role in the Company’s continued progress. The EPC industry presents significant opportunities, driven by increased investments in power transmission, renewable energy, infrastructure development, and grid modernization. With our strong execution capabilities, improved financial position, enhanced manufacturing capacity, and healthy order pipeline, we are well-positioned to capitalize on these opportunities. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our valued customers, bankers, financial institutions, suppliers, business partners, government authorities, and all our shareholders for their continued trust and support. I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to every member of our team whose dedication and hard work have made these achievements possible. Thank you once again for your continued confidence and support.
