Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Capital Expenditure proposal approved by the Board
In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish
to inform you that the Board of Directors has at its meeting held on July 22, 2026, approved proposal for
setting up of a BOPET Thick Film Line at a projected cost of Rs. 250 Crores.
Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:
a) existing capacity; Not Applicable
b) existing capacity utilization Not Applicable
c) proposed capacity 25,000 MTPA
addition;
d) period within which the 24 months from the date of Board approval.
proposed capacity is to be added
e) investment required Rs. 250 Crores
f) mode of financing Mix of debt and internal accruals
g) rationale BOPET thick film is a specialized product with applications in
industrial and electronic end use segments. Since it is a new
substrate, it does not have the same cycle as commodity thin
films, helping us better manage the cyclicality. Limited domestic
capacity in India further reduces volatility.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
