Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under: a) existing capacity; Not Applicable b) existing capacity utilization Not Applicable c) proposed capacity 25,000 MTPA addition; d) period within which the 24 months from the date of Board approval. proposed capacity is to be added e) investment required Rs. 250 Crores f) mode of financing Mix of debt and internal accruals g) rationale BOPET thick film is a specialized product with applications in industrial and electronic end use segments. Since it is a new substrate, it does not have the same cycle as commodity thin films, helping us better manage the cyclicality. Limited domestic capacity in India further reduces volatility.
