LLP along with the Details with respect to resignation of Statutory Auditors of ATPL as required under SEBI Master Circular are given as Annexure-A. 2. Appointment of M/s. S. S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountant (FRN 000756N/N500441) as Statutory Auditor of the ATPL to fill casual vacancy in the office of Statutory Auditors arisen, due to resignation of M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. July 2, 2026. As informed, certain non-audit services are being provided by another member firms of Ernst & Young Global Limited to BLS E-Services Limited and BLS International Services Limited (Holding Company of BLS E-Services Limited). Inthis circumstance, we will not be able to continue as statutory auditor of the Company under our internal independence requirements and accordingly, we hereby tender our resignation as the statutory auditors of the Company and request you to treat this as our letter of resignationwith immediate effect.We have also discussed this matter with the Management of the Company.
