BSE Scrip Code– 500165, NSE Symbol- KANSAINER Dear Sirs, In terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited will be held on Monday, 3rd August, 2026, to inter alia consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 (“Unaudited Financial Results”). Please note that the Unaudited Financial Results will be duly intimated to the Stock Exchanges after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting. Closure of Trading Window In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI PIT Regulations”) read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (“Code of Conduct”), the “Trading Window” of the Company, shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till Wednesday, 5th August, 2026 (both days inclusive). It is clarified that in terms of the provisions of SEBI PIT Regulations read with the Code of Conduct of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company is closed only for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. This is being intimated to them. However, the same is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
