inform you that the Company has fully redeemed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of ₹ 400 crore
(Rupees Four Hundred Crore) bearing ISIN- INE280A14559 issued on
27th May 2026. The maturity proceeds of the CPs have been duly paid to all the holders today.
