SRF Limited Delivers Robust Q1FY27 Results Driven by Strong Performance Across
Businesses
Gurugram, July 22, 2025: SRF Limited, a chemical-based multi-business entity engaged in the manufacturing of
industrial and specialty intermediates, today announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter
ended June 30, 2026. The Company’s unaudited results were reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors
at a meeting held earlier today.
Consolidated Q1FY27 Financials
The consolidated revenue of the Company increased 32% from ₹3,819 crore to ₹5,033 crore in Q1FY27 when
compared with Corresponding Period Last Year (CPLY). The Company’s Operational Earnings before Interest and
Tax (EBIT) increased 61% from ₹694 crore to ₹1,116 crore in Q1FY27 when compared with CPLY. The Company’s
Profit after Tax (PAT) increased 76% from ₹432 crore to ₹759 crore in Q1FY27 when compared with CPLY.
Commenting on the results, Chairman and Managing Director, Ashish Bharat Ram said, “We have delivered
an exceptional quarter across our businesses, our best-ever quarterly performance. This is a testament to the
resilience of our business models and the strength of our diversified portfolio. Even as we navigate an uncertain
global environment, we remain confident about the opportunities ahead and our long-term growth journey. While
inventory gains provided some support during the quarter, the performance was fundamentally driven by the
strong momentum across our businesses."
Consolidated Q1FY27 Segment Results
The Chemicals Business reported an increase of 26% in its revenue from ₹1,839 crore to ₹2,315 crore during
Q1FY27 over CPLY. The operating profit of the Chemicals Business increased 27% from ₹503 crore to ₹638 crore
in Q1FY27 over CPLY.
The Specialty Chemicals Business delivered a steady performance during the quarter, operating in a dynamic
market environment shaped by evolving global pricing trends, industry overcapacity in China, and ongoing
geopolitical developments.
The Fluorochemicals Business reported a robust performance, supported by strong sales of Refrigerants and
Propellants and healthy demand for Chloromethanes and Fluoropolymers. The Business continued to respond
effectively to evolving market conditions while maintaining its growth momentum.
The Performance Films & Foil Business reported an increase of 42% in its revenue from ₹1,418 crore to
₹2,017 crore during Q1FY27 when compared with CPLY. The operating profit of the Performance Films & Foil
Business increased 149% from ₹140 crore to ₹350 crore in Q1FY27 over CPLY.
The Performance Films and Foil Business delivered a record quarterly performance, driven by the highest-ever

packed production in Films and Foil. The Business reinforced its industry leadership, with performance remaining
among the strongest in the sector. Continued focus on sustainable solutions and Value-Added Products (VAPs)
improved the product mix, supported profitability, and strengthened customer relationships.
The Technical Textiles Business reported an increase of 28% in its segment revenue from ₹467 crore to ₹597
crore during Q1FY27 over CPLY. The operating profit of the Technical Textiles Business increased 186% from ₹38
crore to ₹108 crore in Q1FY27 over CPLY.
The Technical Textiles Business maintained steady momentum during the quarter, supported by stable demand
and higher margins for Tyre Cord Fabrics and strong domestic and export demand for Belting Fabrics, despite
ongoing competitive pressures from Chinese exports.
The Other Businesses reported an increase of 11% in its segment revenue from ₹95 crore to ₹105 crore in
Q1FY27 when compared with CPLY. The operating profit of the Other Businesses increased 50% from ₹13 crore
to ₹20 crore in Q1FY27 over CPLY.
The Coated and Laminated Fabrics Businesses delivered performance in line with expectations. The Coated Fabrics
Business sustained its leadership position in the domestic market, maintained healthy margins, and continued to
benefit from a favorable mix of VAPs.
Capex
Performance Films & Foil Business
The Board approved a ₹250 crore investment to set up a BOPET Thick Film Line in India, comprising a Bruckner-
made production line and a Kampf primary slitter.
Chemicals Business
The Company is also undertaking a series of smaller capital expenditure projects within the Specialty Chemicals
Business aimed at enhancing capacity and operational efficiencies through debottlenecking initiatives, particularly
in the Agrochemicals portfolio.
Interim Dividend
In today’s meeting of the Board of Directors, an interim dividend amounting to ₹5 per share was approved.
Innovation and Intellectual Property
As of June 30, 2026, the Company has applied for a total of five hundred and twenty-eight patents. Till date, the
Company has been granted one hundred and fifty-nine patents globally.
