Proceeding of 46th AGM of the company held on 29th September 2026

Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd held its 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting was attended by the members of the board and other officials. The resolutions proposed and seconded by the members included receiving and adopting the financial statements, re-appointing the managing director, authorizing the board for sale and lease of the undertaking, and ratifying the remuneration of the cost auditors.
