This is to inform that GMR Nagpur International Airport Limited (GNIAL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has taken over the operations of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport w.e.f. June 25, 2026. Agreements related to the handover of the Airport assets and operations have been executed today between GNIAL and MIHAN India Limited in the august presence of the esteemed dignitaries from the Government of India and State of Maharashtra. This is in line with the Concession agreement entered into with MIHAN India Limited for upgrading, developing and operating the Nagpur’s Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.
