Academically, she holds a Ph.D. focused on the Indian Healthcare Startup Ecosystem, an MBA in Total Quality Management, a B. Pharm, and was awarded a Gold Medal for her M. Pharm in Quality Assurance from Gujarat Technological University. Over her professional career, Dr. Gadhavi has held several key strategic and leadership positions. Her major focus areas include quality assurance, regulatory compliance, strategic business development, R&D commercialization, and startup ecosystem assessment. Dr. Gadhavi has been recognized with innovation grants from SSIP, GUSEC, and i- Hub Gujarat, won the State-Level HerSTART Entrepreneurship Competition, and has been featured in the Government publication "Women in Startups" as well as India TV’s "Leader Betiya" program for her contributions to healthcare innovation and research.
