He has completed B.Com (Hons.) and M.Com (ABST) from MDS University, Ajmer. He also holds a MBA degree in Finance from ICFAI Business School. He has strong experience to set up and stabilise business in the Micro & Small segments with large banks, and has strong experience in dealing with small traders within SMEs, which is relevant for the Bank’s Small Finance Bank strategy and long-term focus on building MSME vertical. In his previous stints he was associated with YES Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank. In his last position, he was associated with YES Bank since October, 2011 and was last designated as Regional Business Head – Micro Enterprise Banking [MEB] managing multi-state operations across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
