(IST), through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with the Notice of AGM dated September 02, 2026. The Resolution set out at Item No. 1 to 6 of the Notice of AGM were duly transacted at the AGM and have been passed unanimously, based on the combined results of remote e-voting (conducted from Thursday, September 24, 2026 to Sunday, September 27, 2026) and the e-voting held during the AGM.
