Closure of Trading Window

Bank of Maharashtra announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives/Connected Persons. This restriction is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the bank's financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is implemented in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The specific date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be intimated to the stock exchanges subsequently.
