Results of Postal Ballot

63 Moons Technologies Ltd announced that all resolutions from its postal ballot were passed with the requisite majority, effective June 20, 2026. This includes the re-appointment of Mr. Deveodra Agrawal as Whole-time Director & CFO and Mr. Rajendran Soundaram as MD & CEO, both passed as special resolutions with overwhelming majority. Additionally, an ordinary resolution for a material related party transaction with India Gold Metaverse Private Limited also passed, despite significant opposition from public institutional shareholders, where over 82% voted against.
