The AGM concluded at 3:35 PM on September 25, 2026. The proceedings were disclosed to the Exchange at 1:41 PM on September 26, 2026, which is after the 12-hour timeline under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A(13) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The delay was inadvertent and happened for the following reason: It was understood that the proceedings could be �iled together with the voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report under Regulation 44(3). These depended on the Scrutinizer's consolidated report, however it was noted on September 26, 2026 that the proceedings are to be disclosed as soon as reasonably possible and not later than twelve hours and after acknowledging that Company submitted the same without any further delay. And with regard to the delay we submit that: 1. The delay was not deliberate or mala �ide, and there was no intention to withhold information from shareholders or the market. 2. The proceedings were disclosed within 24 hours of the meeting ending, and no price-sensitive information was kept from investors in the meantime. As the Exchange Communication, the Company is �iling a a revised corporate announcement of the AGM proceedings, with the aforementioned explanation for the delay. We regret the delay. The Company has strengthened its internal processes so that disclosures of general meeting proceedings are prepared in advance and �iled within the prescribed 12-hour timeline in future. We request the Exchange to take the above on record and to treat this as a one-time, unintentional lapse.
