Please find enclosed the speech delivered by Mr. Rikant Pittie, Chairman of the AGM. You are requested to take the above information on record. Thanking you, For Easy Trip Planners Limited Priyanka Tiwari Group Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer Membership No.: A50412 Annual General Meeting of Easy Trip Planners Ltd Hello ladies and gentlemen. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 18th Annual General Meeting of Easy Trip Planners Limited. As we look towards Vision 2030, we are building the next chapter of EaseMyTrip. Our ambition is to move beyond being a travel booking platform and build a company that can serve a much larger part of the travel journey. From flights and hotels to holidays, hospitality, mobility and experiences, our aim is to create a one-stop travel solution where customers can discover, plan, book and experience their journeys through one connected ecosystem. This is the thinking behind EaseMyTrip 2.0 and our theme for the year, “One Travel Ecosystem, Infinite Experiences.” We are building on the strong foundation we have created over the last two decades while preparing EaseMyTrip for the opportunities of the next decade. FY 2025-26 was an important year in this journey. Our Gross Booking Revenue stood at ₹8,375.9 crore, while Revenue from Operations stood at ₹536 crore. The Indian travel market also continued to grow strongly. India recorded 4.29 billion domestic tourist visits in 2025, while Indian national departures reached 32.83 million. Rising incomes, better connectivity and a young, digitally connected population are creating a large and growing opportunity for travel. During the year, our Hotels & Holidays business recorded 17.66 lakh hotel room-night bookings, compared with 9.35 lakh in the previous year, representing a growth of 88.9%. Our international business also continued to grow, with Dubai recording Gross Booking Revenue of ₹1,531 crore, an increase of 118.28% over the previous year. Ladies and gentlemen, A major focus during the year was the execution of EaseMyTrip 2.0. We started EaseMyTrip with a simple objective of making travel easier and providing customers with better value. That objective remains unchanged. But travel has changed significantly. Today, a traveller is looking for much more than a flight ticket. They need hotels, holidays, local transport, experiences and other services around their journey. Our strategy is therefore to bring these services together and build a more complete travel experience. During the year, Spree Hospitality continued to expand our presence in hospitality, while YoloBus and Easy Green Mobility strengthened our presence in mobility. Sustainable mobility will be an important part of our Vision 2030 journey. Through Easy Green Mobility, we are building capabilities in electric mobility and working towards cleaner and smarter transportation solutions. We also continued to expand across buses, cabs, trains and other travel services. EMTDesk strengthened our corporate travel offering, while EMTMate expanded our B2B capabilities. Through EasyDarshan and Explore Bharat, we are also building our presence in experiential and destination-led travel. Alongside this, we continued to evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions and partnerships that can strengthen our ecosystem and create long-term value. Technology will be at the heart of our Vision 2030 journey. Artificial intelligence is changing how people search, discover and plan travel. We believe this change will be as significant for travel as the shift from offline to online was. During the year, we continued to strengthen EVA, our AI-powered virtual travel assistant, to provide customers with more personalised and conversational support. We also achieved an important milestone by becoming the first listed Indian travel company to integrate with the ChatGPT Marketplace. For us, this is more than a technology milestone. It is about making travel discovery and planning more natural and accessible for customers. As people increasingly use AI to find information and make decisions, we want EaseMyTrip to be present where that journey begins. We will continue to invest in agentic AI, automation and technology with one clear objective to make travel simpler, faster and more personalised. Our brand also continued to grow through associations with properties including the Women’s Premier League, World Tennis League, Filmfare. During the year, EaseMyTrip was recognised among the Top 10 of Forbes India presents DGEMS 2025 – The Select 200 and among the Most Trusted Brands of India 2026–2027. As we grow, we remain focused on strengthening our people, leadership and processes, while maintaining high standards of governance, data security and risk management. Our commitment to responsible growth also continued through initiatives such as the Mukh Mantri Tirth Yatra Yojana in Punjab, Project Paryatan Saathi with the Raipur District Administration and the Government's Adopt a Heritage 2.0 initiative. Looking ahead, Vision 2030 gives us a clear direction. We will continue to scale Hotels & Holidays, hospitality, international operations and mobility, while exploring new opportunities that complement our travel ecosystem. We will continue to build Easy Green Mobility and YoloBus as we participate in the transition towards sustainable transportation. And we will continue to invest in AI and technology as we build a more connected and personalised travel experience. Our goal is simple: when a customer thinks about travel, EaseMyTrip should be able to serve more of that journey. We have spent the last two decades building a strong foundation. The next phase is about using that foundation to build a larger, more diversified and technology-led company. I would like to sincerely thank our shareholders for their continued trust and support. I also thank our employees, customers, partners and everyone who has been part of our journey. As we move towards Vision 2030, we remain committed to building a stronger, more innovative and future-ready EaseMyTrip. Together, we will continue to build One Travel Ecosystem, Infinite Experiences. Thank you.
