Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated), for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (“PIT Code”), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 up to 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. Saturday, 15th August, 2026 (both days inclusive).
