Subject: Intimation about Closure of Trading Window.
Dear Sir,
Pursuant to NSE Circulars vide ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02. 2019 please
note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed
from 01st July, 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Result for
the First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2026.
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Result for the
First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2026 become generally available to public.
Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and
Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the
Company during the stated period.
