CMR Green Technologies Ltd has intimated the stock exchanges, as per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, about the authorization of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and information for disclosure purposes. Mr. Mohan Agarwal (Managing Director), Mr. Yugal Kishor Garg (Chief Financial Officer), and Mrs. Srishti Saxena (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) are severally authorized for this purpose.
