Sub: Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring
and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (“Code”), the trading window for dealing in the
securities of the Company shall remain closed from June 30, 2026 for designated
persons, and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting
wherein, inter-alia, the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026, would be considered by the Board.
