In that meeting the Board considered and evaluated the proposal for raising of funds in compliance with the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (ICDR), Regulations, 2018 for this purpose. After due deliberations and discussions among the Board members, the agenda item relating to the fund raising requires further discussion and consideration.
