Mr. Ashish Dandekar has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Key Management Personnel of the Company with effect from September 29, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. Pursuant to his appointment he shall also be considered as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company under the SEBI Listing Regulations. 2. Mr. Kothandaraman Prabhakaran has resigned from the position of Chief Technology Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on September 28, 2026, however, he shall continue to serve his notice period in the capacity of Executive Vice President (EVP) till his last working day i.e. October 12, 2026.
