Further, in compliance with SEBI Circulars SEBI/HO/ ISD/ ISD-PoD-2/ P/ CIR/ 2025/ 55 dated April 21, 2025 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/12 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be frozen by the Designated Depository-Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) for trading in the securities of the Company during the aforementioned trading window closure period, based on the information provided by the Company. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for the consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course of time.
