In this regard, we wish to inform that the Company has received an intimation from Orbit Mauritius, today, i.e., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, confirming that Orbit Healthcare Services Nigeria Ltd. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Orbit Mauritius. Consequently, Orbit Healthcare Services Nigeria Ltd has become: (i) a wholly owned subsidiary of Orbit Mauritius; and (ii) an indirect / step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
