Pursuant to BSE Circulars dated 02nd April 2019 vide ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20
please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will
be closed from 01st October, 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited
Financial Result for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2026.
The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Result for the
Second Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2026 become generally available
to public.
Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and
Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the
Company during the stated period.
