As communicated by CRISIL ESG Ratings, the rating has been assigned independently under its subscriber- pays model, without any engagement or mandate from the Company, and is based solely on the Company’s disclosures for financial year 2025–26 and other publicly available information. CRISIL ESG Ratings has further informed the Company that the ESG rating will be published on its website in accordance with the regulatory framework applicable to ESG Rating Providers. The Company may seek clarifications or provide comments on the rating rationale within the period communicated by CRISIL ESG Ratings. Any such clarification or comments, if submitted, shall not be construed as acceptance, endorsement or validation of the rating by the Company.
