01 Green Initiative
Supporting Paperless Communication and Sustainable growth
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has undertaken a Green Initiative in Corporate Governance by permitting
companies to send notices and other documents to shareholders through electronic mode. Pursuant to MCA Circular
Nos. 17/2011 dated April 21, 2011, and 18/2011 dated April 29, 2011, companies may communicate documents
including General Meetings, Audited Financial Statements, Board's Reports and Auditor's Reports electronically to
shareholders at their registered e-mail addresses.
Mantra Capital Limited supports this initiative and encourages the use of electronic communication as an effective
means of reducing paper consumption and the environmental impact associated with printing and physical distribution
of documents.
In accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, the Annual Report and other shareholder communications
are made available electronically and can also be accessed on the Company's website at www.mantracapital.in.
Shareholders are encouraged to register and/or update their e-mail addresses with their respective Depository
Participants and, where applicable, with the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to facilitate timely receipt
of communications in electronic form.
Sustainability Through Our Business
For Mantra Capital, the commitment to responsible growth extends beyond paperless communication. Sustainability
is increasingly being integrated into both our lending activities and our operating model.
A key element of this approach is our focus on Green Mobility Finance, particularly financing electric three-wheelers
used for productive and livelihood purposes.
By enabling drivers and small entrepreneurs to transition towards electric mobility, we seek to support cleaner
transportation while helping borrowers improve the economics of their livelihoods through potentially lower operating
costs. Our technology-led operating model also enables greater digitization across loan origination, credit
assessment, documentation, servicing and internal workflows, progressively reducing dependence on physical
documentation while improving operational efficiency.
As the Company grows, we intend to strengthen our sustainability framework, progressively measure the
environmental impact of our green portfolio and explore additional financing opportunities that support productive
use, energy efficiency and the transition towards a lower-carbon economy.
“For Mantra Capital, Green is therefore both an operating responsibility and a business opportunity
- reducing our own resource footprint while financing livelihoods that can contribute to a cleaner
and more sustainable future.”

02 Widening Circles of Opportunity
“Every enterprise begins with a belief.”
At Mantra Capital, our belief is that access to the right kind of finance can do more than fund a transaction. It can
strengthen a livelihood, enable an entrepreneur to grow, create greater resilience for a family and, over time, widen
the circle of economic opportunities. We have therefore chosen to focus on segments that remain underserved by
conventional finance - small businesses, self-employed entrepreneurs, and individuals whose assets and enterprises
are closely linked to their livelihoods. Our approach is centered on productive credit: financing that enables borrowers
to earn, build and grow. This philosophy is reflected in our two principal lending themes - MSME Finance and Green
Loans for productive use, including financing for electric three-wheelers used for passenger mobility and goods
movement.
We are still a young institution. That has been an advantage. It has allowed us to build without the burden of legacy
systems, adopt technology fro
