It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of AIC Jewel Manufacturers Limited. Thank you for your continued trust and support. The year under review was a landmark year for AJC. Our listing on the BSE SME platform marked an important step in our journey from a jewellery manufacturing business in Malappuram to a publicly listed company. It brought us new responsibilities to our shareholders and gave us a stronger platform for the next stage of growth. We used the year to strengthen that platform. We upgraded our machinery and expanded our manufacturing capacity. We onboarded more corporate customers and jewellery retailers, and we began building dedicated research and development and design teams. These efforts are helping us respond to customer requirements with a wider range of designs and products. We also incorporated Esthara Jewels to build our direct-to-consumer business and commenced silver jewellery production. Esthara gives us an opportunity to reach customers through a distinct brand while drawing on AJC’'s manufacturing experience. In the current financial year, we have continued to make progress across both businesses. At AIC, we launched 9K jewellery products, adding a new category to our portfolio. Our CNC machines have been installed, and trial production has commenced. We expect to move towards regular production after completitnhge necessary trials and process checks. We plan to expand our reach into more states across India and build relationships with additional jewellery groups. We have available manufacturing capacity to support growth, and our aim is to increase its utilisation gradually over the next couple of years. We will also continue adding product categories and designs so that AJC can serve more of a jeweller’s requirements from one manufacturing partner. Our proposed acquisition of the Sharjah company is another important step in this direction. Subject to shareholder approval and completion of the remaining formalities, we expect the transaction to be completed shortly. Its location offers a strategic base for jewellery manufacturing and access to the GCC market. Once completed, the acquisition should give AJC greater control over the Sharjah operations and a platform from which to develop that business further. Esthara, too, has moved from planning to operation. Three stores are now operational, two more are under fit-out, and we are planning to open four additional stores during this financial year. These are ambitious plans, and their success will depend on disciplined execution.
