Better performance in employee skill upgradation and safety measures, low customer complaint intensity, nil stakeholder complaints, zero safety related incidents and zero recalls. Adequate Board strength high share of women directors on the Board, high average attendance of independent directors at the Board and committee meetings, and nil whistle blower and investor complaints reported.
