HDB Financial Services Limited has allotted 28,108 equity shares to its employees following the exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes on June 22, 2026. This allotment has increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 8,30,34,85,680 to Rs. 8,30,37,66,760, corresponding to an increase in total outstanding shares from 83,03,48,568 to 83,03,76,676 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
