Regulation 30 Disclosure pursuant to 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company

Shri Krishna Prasadam Ltd has announced the outcome of its 17th Annual General Meeting, where it approved the re-appointment of M/s Barwal & Associates as Statutory Auditors, the cessation of Mr. Shubham Agarwal, and the appointment of Mr. Parmod Chand Joshi as Managing Director. The company also approved a change in its name from 'Shri Krishna Prasadam Limited' to 'Kripras Enterprises Limited'.
