This refers to our earlier intimation dated October 30, 2025, inter alia informing about, approval of the Board of Directors for funding of ₹75 Crores for debottlenecking of Multi Purpose Plant ( MPP ) facility at Dahej site by Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited ( NFASL ), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.We wish to inform you that NFASL has successfully commissioned the debottlenecking capacity for the above MPP facility with commercial production and dispatch of the product commencing from today.This intimation is also being made available on the Company s website www.nfil.in.Kindly take this intimation on your record.
