Ref : Our letters dated February 6, 2025, March 28, 2025, June 30, 2025, September 26, 2025, December 30, 2025 and March 30, 2026. This has reference to aforementioned letters whereby Company informed about the execution of power purchase agreement with Swarnaakshu Solar Power Private Limited (Swarnaakshu), for purchase of solar power under the captive power policy of the Government of Telangana and investment up to Rs.10.40 crores for acquiring 26% of the paid up equity share capital and other securities of Swarnaakshu. In this regard, this is to inform that the Company has today i.e., June 25, 2026, made the initial investment of Rs. 52 lakhs and acquired 26% equity share capital of Swarnaakshu and also entered into a power purchase agreement with Swarnaakshu to purchase solar power for captive consumption. The balance investment will be made from time to time depending upon the progress of the solar project and fund requirements of Swarnaakshu. Please take the information on record.
