Further, the Company had earlier intimated the closure of the Trading Window vide its intimation dated June 27, 2026, in connection with the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Since the said financial results are yet to be declared, accordingly, the Trading Window continues to remain closed and shall remain so until 48 hours after the financial results for both the quarters ended June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2026 become generally available. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and other persons covered under the Company's Code of Conduct have been advised and intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
