Emmessar Biotech & Nutrition Ltd has announced the Scrutinizers Report on remote e-voting and e-voting conducted at the 34th Annual General meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2026. The resolutions passed include the adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Jeyavel Balaiah Nadar as Director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan Mathurakavi Ayyangar as Managing Director for a further period of 5 years.
