LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 regarding intimation for closure of Trading Window, it is hereby notified that the “Trading Window” i.e. period for trading in Company’s securities, will be closed with effect from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026, as may be approved at the concerned Board Meeting. The intimation regarding the Board Meeting date will be announced in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors, Promoters, Insiders, Designated Persons including Auditors shall not, directly or indirectly trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Company’s equity shares, either in their own name or in the name of their immediate relatives. Terms not defined in this notice shall have the same meaning as defined in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. Note: Please note that pursuant to BSE Limited circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, titled “Clarification regarding trading restriction period”, the trading window shall close from the end of every quarter i.e. March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 and shall open only after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for every quarter approved at the concerned Board Meeting.
