Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) on an Interim Basis Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Audit Committee at their respective meetings held today, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Maurya, presently Commercial Head of the Company, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on an interim basis with effect from 29th September, 2026, till the regular appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, and Regulations 18 and 19 read with Part C and Part D of Schedule II of the Listing Regulations. MANOJ KUMAR MAURYA Mr. Manoj Kumar Maurya joined Pakka Limited on 1st September, 1998 and has served the Company in various positions for over 28 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com.) and is presently designated as Commercial Head of the Company. Mr. Maurya has earlier served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on an interim basis with effect from 7th February, 2020 and resigned from the said position on 9th June, 2020. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 14th August, 2026, authorised Mr. Maurya to discharge the finance functions of the Company. He has accordingly been involved in the finance function in addition to his existing responsibilities. Mr. Maurya has extensive knowledge of the Company’s operations and internal processes. He brings a structured and practical approach to complex matters, with a focus on financial discipline, efficient processes and informed decision-making. His long association with the Company provides continuity and an understanding of its commercial and financial operations.
