At present, the Directors and Senior Management of the Company are inside the office premises and are attending to the officers. Their mobile phones are presently switched off and access to the office premises is restricted. Consequently, the Company is presently unable to establish communication with them or obtain further information regarding the nature and scope of the proceedings. The Company is closely monitoring the situation and is making efforts to obtain confirmed information. In view of the prevailing circumstances, the Company is assessing the situation and examining the appropriate course of action in relation to the conduct of the AGM as scheduled.
