As per provisions of Regulation 4(2) of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

and their dependents and family members.
Accordingly, the Trading Window will be closed from 1st July 2026 to 14th August 2026,
i.e., upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results (tentatively on 12th August
2026) for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026.
