Subject: Intimation of 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26
Dear Ma’am/ Sir,
In continuation of our communication dated May 28, 2026 and pursuant to the provisions
of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the
'Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform the following:
1. The Forty-Seventh (47th) Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of Indag
Rubber Limited will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. (IST) through
Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’).
2. Further, we would like to confirm that the final dividend @ Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of
face value of Rs. 2/- each is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from August 06,
2026 to August 12, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Record Date for the purpose of
determining entitlement of the Members/ Beneficial Owners to the final dividend for the
year 2025-26 is August 05, 2026. The final dividend for the year 2025-26, if approved by
the members at the 47th AGM, shall be paid on or before September 10, 2026.
